What we collect
Our admissions form collects your child's name, date of birth, class, gender (optional), current school, your name, phone number, email (optional), school bus interest and any notes you add. Our contact form collects your name, phone number, topic and message. The Live page can save your phone number so we can remind you about streams.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to process admission applications, reply to your messages and send stream reminders you asked for. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only authorised school staff can see the information you send. It is stored securely by our website provider.
How long we keep it
We keep admissions details for the current and next school session, and contact messages for up to 12 months. Records of enrolled students move to the school's student records.
Parent portal requests
To arrange your portal sign-in, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, your child's full name and class. Authorised school staff use these details to set up and send your sign-in.
Who can see results
Results are shown only inside the secure parent portal, to parents signed in with their own account. We do not sell result-checking cards or PINs. Parents: only their own children, after signing in to the parent portal. Students: only their own results, after the school publishes them. Class and subject teachers: only the classes and subjects assigned to them. Form teachers: the full report for their own class. Principal and approved admin staff: all classes; they approve and publish results. Results are withheld while school fees are owed. Once fees are settled, or the Principal approves a release, the result appears in the portal. This website never shows results itself; it only hands users to the secure SkoolAnnex portal, which enforces these rules.
Photos of students
We only publish photos of students when their parent or guardian has given consent. In news stories we use students' first names only. Tell us at any time if you want a photo removed.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child. Email info@teetopscollege.com.ng or call 0802 364 3873 and we will respond promptly.
